Tom has been an active member of RateBeer since 2005 and has been homebrewing regularly since 2006, winning Best of Show at the 2008 Stoney Creek Homebrewers Amateur Brewing Championship with an American IPA recipe. This is Tom’s first foray into beer writing. Craft beer topics of particular interest include: Saison, American Sour Ales, the New England craft beer scene, organic and sustainable practices, cellar management, and tasting practices. Every attempt will be made to post bi-weekly.
